According to resolution in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, the buyer has the right to return or replace the goods within a certain time frame if they are not listed in Appendix No. 2 to Government Resolution No. 1465 of December 8, 2003, by contacting us in any way convenient for you.

Within 14 days, we will exchange a product of proper quality for a similar one if the specified product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, size, color, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, with a corresponding recalculation in the event of a price difference. If the product required for exchange is not available, we will accept the product from you and refund you its cost. Return or exchange of non-food products of proper quality is made if the specified product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of purchase of this product. The list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product is presented in the appendix to Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 On the Protection of Consumer Rights. In the event of a return of goods, the money for the returned goods is returned to the buyer in the same way they were paid for the goods.

Please note that in case of return (exchange) of goods of proper quality, the paid cost of goods delivery services is not refunded, and the cost of transportation services related to the return (exchange) of goods of proper quality is additionally charged, in accordance with the delivery regulations.
